Sarah is a social justice practitioner partnering with local leaders and community-based organizations to strengthen rural communities focusing on healthy food systems, rural women’s rights & resources, and donor engagement.
Olga Budu is committed to supporting organizations that create meaningful social and environmental impact internationally, while ensuring their operations are effective, scalable, and sustainable. She has worked with organizations such as Global Fund for Women and Measurabl and excels in cross-functional coordination and building processes that bring structure to complex, purpose-driven work. She is fluent in English, Russian and Tuvan and is particularly passionate about advancing initiatives that promote equity, environmental responsibility, and access to opportunity.
Jon is a seasoned design professional with a proven track record of crafting beautiful visual experiences and bringing client stories to life. He's worked with a wide range of clientele, from startups to Fortune 500 companies to nonprofit organizations, always learning something unique along the way.
Faiza Jama Mohamed is a Somali women's rights activist who served as Africa Director of Equality Now for 26 years, establishing the organization's Nairobi office in 2000. A leading campaigner for the Maputo Protocol—the landmark African treaty on women's rights—she has worked for decades to end female genital mutilation, child marriage, and gender-based violence across the continent. Her advocacy has earned recognition including the Hundred Heroines Award and the Hunger Project's Africa Prize for Leadership.
